    We are based in Austin, Texas.
  2. What Is The Quality of The CDs?
    CDs look and sound as good as the CDs found in retail stores.
  3. How Do I Pay?
    We use Paypal. Note: You do not need a Paypal account to pay. You will have the choice to pay with your credit card instead.
  4. Are My Credit Card Details Safe?
    Since we use Paypal, We NEVER have any access to your credit card information at all. No credit card information is EVER stored in our website database.
  5. When Can I Expect My Order?
    Unlike CD Baby, we don't keep an inventory on hand, your order is shipped out to you as soon as the CD is duped. Which means if you've ordered 2 CDs you will receive two shipments. Your $7.95 per CD covers all shipping and handling costs.
  6. How Is My Order Shipped?
    Your CDs are shipped to you via United States Post Office.
  7. My CD has arrived broken. What Do I Need To Do?
    If your CD arrives with a broken case, there is no need to return the CD. Simply CONTACT US , telling us the problem and we will replace it.
    If there is a problem with the CD itself, there is no need to return the CD. Simply CONTACT US , telling us the problem and we will replace it.
  8. What Is Your Return Policy?
    Since all CDs are duped to order, we do not accept returns.

    Simply login to your account and click on ADD CD to let us know you want to add another CD.
